Easy Smokey Eye Makeup Tutorial: Soft Neutral Smokey Eye with Thick Eyeliner
Start with a subtle and light brown across the brow bone. Take a darker brown and work it into the crease, smudging out lightly. Using a champagne shimmer, sweep it right across the lid for a gorgeous golden look. Create a thick line with eyeliner working towards a flick which lines parallel with the end of the eyebrow, and finish with lots of mascara.
